    Thank you for taking the time to visit our website.  The Selma Unified District Child Nutrition team is dedicated to providing safe, nutritious meals to students and teachers, carefully following food preparation guidelines and monitoring sanitation procedures.

    At Selma Unified we operate The School Breakfast Program, The National School Lunch Program,and The CACFP Supper Program.  New pricing for 2019- 2020 school year is Breakfast for K-6  is no charge. For K-6 lunch 1.80 and 7-12 is 1.95. Universal Breakfast will continue at Selma High School and Abraham Lincoln Middle School. In addtion we now offer Universal Breakfast at Jackson and Indianola at no charge.  If you qualify for reduced meals, our prices .40 for lunch.  We encourage each household to apply for meals to see if you qualify for our Free and Reduced Program.  Each household only needs to complete one application and list all children (even those not yet of school age) as the Program is based on income and household size.

    As a courtesy reminder it is preferred to have money in your child's meal account, as not to incur debt.  There is a $25.00 Maximum Allowable Charge on Student Meal Accounts  for grades K-6 only. If a student reaches their limit at K-6 an alternate entree will be served. Jr. High  & High School students may not charge at all.  Please be sure to register your student online at  and you can make payments, check balances, and keep track of your students account. 

    Meals, foods and beverages sold or served at schools meet state and federal requirements which are based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines We provide students with access to a variety of affordable and appealing foods that meet the health and nutrition needs of students.
